Lynn Taliento

Lynn Taliento is a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, where she founded and built the Firm’s Social Sector practice over the course of 20 years. Lynn works with the world’s leading philanthropists, corporations and nonprofits on their social impact strategy and organizational effectiveness, and most recently helped President Obama design and launch the Obama Foundation. Lynn is a founding board member of the Malala Fund, and she also sits on the board of water.org, a pioneering water credit nonprofit led by Gary White and Matt Damon. Lynn spent her first four years in McKinsey’s Mexico City Office and is fluent in Spanish. She holds a BA from Yale and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and lives in DC with her husband and two children.
